Our Staff

Jennifer Dahn
Founder, Executive Director, and Board Member

Jennifer's passion for giving back to her community led her to establish PawPrint Ministries in 2014 with her beloved Golden Retriever "Payton." As the organization's first official Comfort Dog, Payton and Jenn laid the foundation for Comfort Dog Teams to continue serving central Illinois to this day. Family is Jenn's anchor: she and her husband Mike and their wonderful children Chloe and Jordan enjoy making memories and embracing life's adventures together, whether on outdoor hikes, Jeep rides, or simply soaking in the warm sunshine.

Director of Operations

Central Illinois born and raised, Rebecca has been with PawPrint Ministries since 2014 as a handler and helper at training classes, in addition to keeping the organization's operations running smoothly and efficiently. Her first dog certified in the Comfort Dog program was Enzo, who passed in November 2020. Her current certified dog is Freda the brindle greyhound who loves accompanying Rebecca at assisted living/nursing homes, schools, libraries, and on tragedy deployments. Rebecca is supported by her amazing husband Barry, and Marshall the black greyhound.
